Mercury Rise Inc. offers a 12 months limited warranty period on your Mercury Rise Paintball Marker products and offers a 12 months limited warranty period on your Mercury Rise Pistol products.

Mercury Rise Paintball Marker products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture, or from the date of purchase if a valid proof of purchase is provided. Mercury Rise Pistol products and all other structural defense platforms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture, or from the date of purchase if a valid proof of purchase is provided, subject to the specific component restrictions detailed below.

PNEUMATIC AND CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS WARRANTY LIMITATION

While the core metal housing frame, structural receiver components, and internal electronic systems of our pistol platforms are covered under the full 12 months framework, all pneumatic components directly exposed to compressed gas pressure are subject to a restricted coverage tier. Due to variations in individual operator maintenance habits, user loading force, and third-party carbon dioxide cylinder neck tolerances, all internal valve blocks, main puncture pins, seals, sealing O-rings, plastic cup seals, and quick-piercing cap assemblies are strictly warranted for a limited duration of 30 days from the original date of retail purchase or date of manufacture. Any pneumatic leakage or pressure retention failure reported after this initial 30 day validation window shall be classified as normal wear and tear or user maintenance neglect, and will not qualify for complimentary factory components or free warranty labor.

AUTHORIZED DEALER SERVICE AND REGISTRATION

This limited warranty extends exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is strictly non-transferable. If your Mercury Rise product was purchased through an Authorized Mercury Rise Dealer, independent retailer, or secondary storefront, all initial customer service inquiries, retail return requests, and primary technical support claims must be directed to and handled by that specific purchasing dealer pursuant to their regional merchant policies. Mercury Rise corporate factory support will only evaluate secondary escalating warranty claims that have been formally reviewed and verified by an authorized trade partner. To register your factory warranty fallback framework, the original purchaser must complete the official warranty registration card and Email it to Mercury Rise customer support along with a clear, unaltered copy of the original purchase receipt from your authorized dealer.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS

The sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of verified defective parts by a factory technician. Under no circumstances shall a warranty claim qualify the purchaser for a financial refund, retail cash return, or store credit from Mercury Rise Inc. All warranty service submissions are reviewed on a strict case-by-case basis by our quality assurance directors.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND VOIDANCE CRITERIA

The following scenarios, components, and damages are expressly excluded from coverage under the Mercury Rise Limited Warranty:

  • Surface wear and cosmetic degradation, including scratches, nicks, dents, chemical discoloration, or natural UV fading of product colors over time and usage.

  • Perishable, consumable, and high-wear operational components, including but not limited to O-rings, plastic cup seals, cup seal pins, general seals, strikers, springs, screws, ball detents, detachable magazines, and disposable CO2 cylinders.

  • Damage resulting from improper re-assembly, misuse, physical neglect, abuse, lack of routine factory-recommended maintenance, improper storage, or accidental impact damage.

  • Pneumatic seal failures, valve block leakage, or structural pressure system damage resulting from operator error, over-torquing or under-torquing of the quick-piercing cap mechanisms, or the deployment of non-standard, low-grade, or third-party CO2 cartridges.

  • Any unauthorized user alterations, product modifications, or the independent installation of upgrade kits and aftermarket O-ring components will instantly void the factory warranty in its entirety.

  • Mercury Rise will not provide free warranty components, complimentary repair labor, or sell proprietary spare service parts to any individual who cannot provide an authentic copy of the original purchase receipt.

  • This warranty does not monitor or cover purchases conducted through unauthorized secondary consumer resale platforms, including but not limited to Craigslist, eBay, or online community forums. Counterfeit products and promotional sample units are entirely excluded from support.

WARRANTY SERVICE TIMELINE AND LOGISTICS

Depending on seasonal volume and parts availability, please expect a standard 2 to 4 week turnaround time for inspection, mechanical repair, and factory re-certification. Certain complex engineering overhauls may require extended processing timelines if specific raw materials or specialized components must be secured.

Mercury Rise will only cover the return shipping costs back to the consumer and the internal cost of repair labor on qualifying, verified warranty claims. Initial shipping and insurance transport to the Mercury Rise factory repair facility remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Mercury Rise strongly recommends utilizing a premium carrier service that provides a dedicated digital tracking network, as our receiving depot cannot assume legal or financial liability for packages lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Mercury Rise makes no other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise. Mercury Rise limits its sole and exclusive liability and that of its authorized dealers, affiliates, or logistics agents pursuant to this warranty statement to cover the mechanical repair or physical replacement of the verified defective part.

Incidental, punitive, indirect, and consequential damages are expressly excluded hereunder. Mercury Rise, its authorized dealers, affiliates, or agents, will not be liable under this warranty, nor under any state or federal law, or the common law or otherwise, for any damage, structural platform failure, or personal injury resulting from the deployment, use, modification, or alteration of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
