Mercury Rise Inc. offers a 12 months limited warranty period on your Mercury Rise Paintball Marker products and offers a 30 days limited warranty period on your Mercury Rise Pistol products. Mercury Rise Paintball Marker products are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture or from the date of purchase if proof of purchase is provided. Mercury Rise other products are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of manufacture or from the date of purchase if proof of purchase is provided. Mercury Rise offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Mercury Rise's warranty is only valid on items purchased through an Authorized Mercury Rise Dealer to the original purchaser, and the purchaser must provide an original receipt for purchase. To activate your warranty, fill out the warranty card and Email us along with a copy of the original purchase receipt. This warranty does not cover scratches, nicks, improper re-assembly, misuse, neglect, improper storage, accidental damage, wear from normal use, and perishable components (O-rings, cup seals, cup seal pin, seals, striker and screws, ball detents and the like are not covered under this warranty). Modifications to the product will void the warranty. Failure of any part due to an accident, abuse, neglect, modification, misuse, operator error, lack of maintenance, or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the products as sold is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. The warranty is limited to repairs and replacement of defective parts with the customer to activate the warranty. All warranty work is reviewed on a case to case basis and may be subject to changes for parts. Mercury Rise products are non-refundable.
