Shipping policy
Express or overnight orders must be placed by 12pm PST to ship on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). If orders are placed after 12pm PST, they will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season (November and December), we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments. Most orders should ship within 3-5 business days after being placed. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout:
Free Shipping: * Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.
Standard & Expedited Shipping:
Calculated at Checkout: Delivery times for paid shipping methods (Standard, Expedited, or Priority) are calculated dynamically by the carrier based on your shipping destination.
Real-time Estimates: Please refer to the specific estimated delivery window shown during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
International Shipping and Estimates
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At Mercury Rise, we will make every effort to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible when received. But due to receivers' local Customs and applicable international regulations, Mercury Rise cannot guarantee shipping arrival times and assumes no responsibility for delays after orders are processed and leave the Mercury Rise facility. It will be international customers' responsibility for asking your local Customs about importing Mercury Rise products before purchasing them from us. All customers are held responsible for knowing which products are legal in your city, state, province, or country. MERCURYRISE.COM is not liable for any product shipped out of the country that is in violation of any law, rule or regulation. Please check with your local, state or national government to get all information regarding the products you are planning to purchase.
International Orders
Mercury Rise will accept international orders from most countries. Customs restrictions and conditions will dictate whether shipping is permissible to a certain country and it is up to the customer to find out what is allowed.
Please make sure to check with your local Law Enforcement and/or Customs Agency to get information about any laws, restrictions and fees for paintball gun & air gun products before placing an order.
- Customer is responsible for knowing and understanding all local and government regulations regarding importation, requirement of broker usage, ownership and safe use of products sold by Mercury Rise.
- Customer will not hold Mercury Rise responsible for packages that are in limbo due to rejection, seizure, or denied entry.
- Customer is responsible for all fees associated with said order and delivery, including but not limited to: all taxes and tariffs such as duty or brokerage fees on products sold by Mercury Rise and its websites.
- Mercury Rise is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned, seized, or denied entry by, but not limited to, any Customs Agent/Agency, airport, or shipping company.
- All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.
- All International Orders will have to clear customs and we have no control over the length of time it takes to clear customs or get to its destination once it leaves our facility.
- All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, USPS International Priority.
- Shipping time frames vary based on what shipping method is chosen when order is placed.
- ALL international orders are FINAL SALE. No exceptions!
- International orders can take 3-5 additional business days to ship after processing due to extra compliance requirements. All orders cannot be cancelled or altered when goes to fulfillment.
- In the event your order is out of stock it will be immediately cancelled. If your order has multiple items, the out of stock items will be automatically cancelled or if there is a substitute available, that option will be emailed to you. If it is Pre-Order we will send you a reminder and if the preorder has multiple items they will all ship when the preorder has arrived as we do not split shipments on international orders.
- Your credit card is charged for the full order amount at the time of order placement. In the event your item is back ordered or you don't wish to wait for your pre-order, you can request your order be cancelled for immediate refund.
- International orders returned to sender that incur customs "rejected/returned" packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the "rejection fee".
- If the parcel is returned to our company we will issue a refund for store credit, minus rejection fees, restocking fees, shipping costs, and any other applicable fees. If you decide that you want it to be shipped again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
International Customs Policy
- All International Orders will have to clear customs and we have no control over the length of time it takes to clear customs or get to its destination once it leaves our facility.
- International orders take 3-5 additional business days to ship after processing due to extra compliance requirements.
- PLEASE NOTE: ALL International Orders are FINAL SALE.
- If the parcel is seized by your local customs, Mercury Rise will not be responsible for it. We have NO Guarantee that the parcel will not get seized. You order at your own risk.
- If the parcel is returned to our company we will issue a refund for store credit, minus rejection fees, restocking fees, shipping costs, and any other applicable fees. If you decide that you want it to be shipped again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read the details of Refunds, returns, and exchanges at mercuryrise.com/policies/refund-policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mercuryrise.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
